1. Eligibility for Returns
You can return products within 30 days from the date of receipt for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.
- You must return the product in its original condition without any signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

- Provide the order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with detailed return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label (if applicable).
3. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to buyer’s remorse or any other non-defective reason, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund if you use the prepaid label we provide.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and your refund will only cover the price of the product.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, size, or color, you must return the original item according to our return policy and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Non-Returnable Items

- Gift Cards and E-gift Cards
- Personalized or Custom-made Products
- Items that have been opened or used, unless defective or damaged during shipping
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@fyni.site. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
To expedite the process, please provide the following:
- Photos of the damaged or defective product.

8. Sale Items
Sale items are only refundable if they meet the conditions outlined in this policy. If the sale item is final sale, it cannot be returned or refunded.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are processed and shipped. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return the item according to our Refund and Returns Policy.
10. Refunds to Original Payment Method
Refunds will be processed back to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to be posted to your account.
